If you are moving furniture and accidentally drop it onto your tile floor and the tile breaks, you are covered and since most tile is discontinued every few months, your insurance company has to replace your entire tile floor because after the repair is complete, your tiling must all match like it did before. Don't just have the one or two tiles replaced with mismatched tile.
If you have water damage to your kitchen cabinets, there is a highly likely chance that all of your cabinets must be replaced for the same reasons listed above. Kitchen cabinetry is constantly changing styles so they are only available in the style you have for a limited amount of time. Most people do not know this!
Do your toilets consistently get backed up and you don't know why? If you are calling your plumber or snaking out the pipes every few months, you probably have a drain collapse and if that is the case, then insurance can cover the repairs to your piping and all other associated repairs such as replacing flooring, drywall, etc. As long as the collapse is not from wear & tear, it is probably covered. Stop wasting money on having the drain bandaged and get a completely new system installed.
These are just some scenarios that I have worked on personally and not one client knew that insurance covered these issues. Please don't hesitate to call us for a free inspection/consultation. What do you have to lose?
