The principle of
"Indemnity" is based upon the idea that the purpose of insurance is to "make one
whole", or return one to the same position that he or she was in prior to
loss. The principle of "Indemnity" suggests that one should not profit
from insurance, or from the payment of insurance following a loss.

Even if an insured has filed a claim and received settled, we can reopen the case as long as the loss is not more than 5 years old. We can reevaluate the loss and make sure that the settlement you received was appropriate for the loss incurred.

As a contract underwriter, we can work locally, travel to different sites, and anything in between.
